In order to provide high quality service and meet each individual client’s needs and expectation; we provide the best possible training to our officers and supervisors. Not only is our security team pre-trained to meet our client’s specifications, but improves their job performance with our continued mandatory training.

Commonwealth has a rigorous and thorough recruiting procedure.
All our security personnel endure an extensive pre-employment screening. This pre-employment process consists of, a written detailed application, followed by a preliminary interview; where application is reviewed. Our human resource department ensures all proper legal documents are made available and that the applicant has all necessary state of California permits. We then conduct a pre-employment drug test along with 100% complete DMV/Background check. Once the initial part of our pre-employment process is complete and the results are honorable; the applicant is then welcomed to join C.I.I security team. We move on and discuss company policies and regulations and applicant is given a company handbook. Our handbook is complete with State laws and regulations of powers to arrest, proper reporting procedures, required duties of a security officer, and appropriate grooming.
