Our Leadership
Our executive management team consists of current and former senior executives from law enforcement. They are highly experienced and trained in all facets of law enforcement, safety and security. They are involved in the planning, oversight and execution of all of our projects and services.
Commonwealth International’s management team is complemented with senior administrative and financial experts. This allows to effectively perform our tasks and professionally interact with our clients.
Our executive team is headed by two highly experienced executive officers.
Mr. Joe Velasco, President – CEO
Mr. Jose Velasco is a P.O.S.T. Certified Graduate of the Rio Hondo College and holds an A.A. Degree in Criminal Justice. He has over 18 years of Law Enforcement experience and is an active police officer with the city of Redondo Beach, CA. He has significant experience with many aspects of security and safety in industries such as transportation and retail.

Mr. Robert Doyle Campbell - Senior Vice-President
Mr. R. Doyle Campbell is a former Assistant Sheriff of Los Angeles County. He has over 35 years of public safety service to the residents of Los Angeles County, including over 33 years of service with the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department. Mr. Campbell’s experience encompasses just about every facet of security, safety and law enforcement. He commanded thousands of officers throughout his various posts at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s office.
