Recruitment
Commonwealth has a rigorous and thorough recruiting procedure.
All our security personnel endure an extensive pre-employment screening process. This pre-employment process consists of, a written detailed application, followed by a preliminary interview. Our human resource department ensures all proper, legal documents are made complete and satisfy all requirements. Afterwards, a pre-employment drug test is conducted along with a 100% complete DMV/Background check. Once the initial part of our pre-employment process is complete and the results are accepted, the applicant is then welcomed to join C.I.I security team. The next step involves insuring that the new recruit has a complete understanding of our company policies and procedures. This is performed through our in-house training and utilizing Commonwealth International’s guidebooks and materials.
